On February 10, Tonkon Torp partner Clay Creps was a featured panelist for an event hosted by the Law Firm Alliance, an international network of mid-sized law firms. During the session, which focused on hot topics in labor and employment law, Clay spoke about COVID vaccinations and the workplace, as well as the ADA implications of COVID long-haulers.
Clay’s 30-year career in labor and employment law has focused on providing counsel and litigation services to employers. He has extensive experience litigating employment-related claims in federal and state courts, particularly in representing employers in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation.
