Melina LaMorticella Talks Merit-Based Visas at AILA NW Regional Conference

Immigration attorney Melina LaMorticella was a featured panelist at the 2023 AILA PNW Regional Conference hosted by the Washington Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in Seattle, Washington. Melina and her co-panelists discussed best practices for merit-based visa petitions, reviewing critical hiring needs in STEM fields, offering tips for presenting merit-based criteria, and outlining additional options for employees of extraordinary and exceptional abilities.

Melina LaMorticella is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Business Immigration Practice Group, where she represents regional and international companies in matters related to employment-based immigration.
