On June 9, Tonkon Torp partner Megan Reuther spoke at the Oregon State Bar’s Ninth Annual Labor & Employment Law Boot Camp. Megan and a local plaintiff’s attorney led a session on discovery in employment law. They provided practical and tactical considerations for preparing to litigate employment cases in both state and federal court.
