Jeff Cronn Reviews Family Business Exit Options for OSU Podcast

Tonkon Torp attorney Jeff Cronn was interviewed by Roger Anderson for the Oregon State University (OSU) College of Business "Family Business 360" podcast, discussing three common exit options for family business owners. The podcast interview was a follow up to his recent presentation (Exit Stage Right: Understanding Your Family Business Exit Options) for OSU's Austin Family Business Program. In his presentation, Jeff stressed the importance of family members discussing and agreeing to a long-term business plan and succession strategy in advance and used case studies to walk through options for transferring a business to the next generation of family members, to employees, or to a third party.

Jeff is a partner at Tonkon Torp, where he has chaired the firm's Business Department for more than 10 years. His legal practice emphasizes merger and acquisition transactions, and a range of corporate and business matters.
