Tonkon Torp Attorneys Discuss State Taxation Issues for Online Businesses

Tonkon Torp tax attorneys Mark LeRoux and Michael Millender will discuss state tax liability issues in the age of e-commerce at a March 2 seminar on legal issues in running a business online.  The half-day seminar is hosted by the Oregon Law Institute of Lewis & Clark Law School.

 

LeRoux and Millender are partners in Tonkon Torp’s Taxation Practice Group.  Their practices emphasize federal, state and local tax impacts on business transactions, including taxation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs as well as personal investments.  Millender also advises clients on employee benefits issues involving retirement plans, equity-based plans and fringe benefit plans.
