Overview

Rosie Fatta is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department with a diverse corporate practice representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of transactional and governance matters. Clients value her for her committed work ethic, unwavering dedication and empathy, diligent attention to detail, and effective communication.

Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Rosie worked at the Portland law firm Cosgrave Vergeer Kester and as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robyn Ridler Aoyagi and the Honorable Megan Jacquot, both at the Oregon Court of Appeals. Rosie’s significant experience in commercial litigation (including business disputes, product liability, and trade secret misappropriation) gives her the ability to quickly identify risk in her transactional and corporate practice.

Rosie earned her law degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School where she worked as an article editor at the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a teaching assistant for the legal writing department. She was also a member of the Public Interest Law Project and Women in Criminal Law. While in law school, Rosie externed for the Honorable Ann Aiken at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon, and was a certified law student at Grimm Law Group where she represented indigent criminal defendants.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and cities, playing with her rambunctious labs, Huckleberry and Waylon, and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.
