Rosie is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Litigation Department with a diverse civil litigation practice covering business disputes and the defense of professional services clients and employers in and outside of court. Clients value her for her committed work ethic, unwavering dedication and empathy, diligent attention to detail, and effective communication.
Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Rosie worked at the Portland law firm Cosgrave Vergeer Kester and as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robyn Ridler Aoyagi and the Honorable Megan Jacquot, both at the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Rosie earned her law degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School where she worked as an article editor at the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a teaching assistant for the legal writing department. She was also a member of the Public Interest Law Project and Women in Criminal Law. While in law school, Rosie externed for the Honorable Ann Aiken at the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon, and was a certified law student at Grimm Law Group where she represented indigent criminal defendants.
Outside of work, Rosie enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and cities, playing with her rambunctious yellow lab Huckleberry, and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.

Rosalie Fatta on Campaign for Equal Justice Associates Committee
Tonkon Torp attorney Rosie Fatta is serving on the Associates Committee of the Campaign for Equal Justice (CEJ). The CEJ Associates Committee is comprised of young attorneys in Portland who help drive support for CEJ and Oregon legal aid within their respective organizations and among their peers.

Tonkon Torp litigation associate Rosalie Fatta has joined the Ambassador Board of CASA for Children. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) connects vetted, volunteer advocates with children who have been abused or neglected.
