Jeri is the Manager of Attorney Recruiting, where she focuses on the management of attorney hiring and the summer associate recruiting program. Jeri joined Tonkon Torp in 2013 as a legal assistant and quickly moved into attorney recruiting. In addition to attorney hiring, Jeri oversees the firm’s continuing legal education (CLE) tracking and related efforts.
Jeri received her B.S. in Social and Behavioral Science from Linfield College.

Tonkon Torp Proud to Make a Strike for Diversity
Tonkon Torp has long been a champion of increasing the diversity of the Oregon legal community. One of the programs the firm supports is Opportunities for Law in Oregon (OLIO). OLIO is the Oregon State Bar’s recruitment and retention program for law students who can contribute to the bar’s historically or currently underrepresented membership. Tonkon Torp has been a long-standing supporter of the program.
