PORTLAND, Ore. (November 13, 2023) Tonkon Torp LLP has appointed partner Jeffrey Cronn as Co-Chair of its Business Transitions Practice Group, along with partner Adam Adkin. He takes on the Co-Chair role from Jeffrey Woodcox, who continues to represent clients in his M&A and corporate finance practice.
Attorneys in the Business Transitions Group work closely with business owners and their management teams to identify, structure, and execute sophisticated transition strategies, including merger and acquisition deals, finance solutions, and corporate finance transactions.

He also advises clients with regard to partnership and equity ownership disputes. Cronn is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Managing Board and former, long-time Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Department.
