Litigator Dan Skerritt is a featured speaker at a June 9 Multnomah Bar Association continuing legal education seminar on “Making Good Lawyers Great.” One of Oregon’s most respected litigators, Skerritt offers his insights about how to develop coherent, compelling themes and construct a case for trial. Over his 35 year career, Skerritt has prevailed in some of the highest profile civil cases in Oregon, including several multi-million dollar awards and a defense judgment in a securities shareholder class action complaint. Skerritt represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. He is the Oregon chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a fellow in the International Society of Barristers.
