Tonkon Torp attorneys Tom Palmer and David Forman served as table leaders at a recent M&A leadership exchange event hosted by the Technology Association of Oregon/ACC-Oregon.
The round-table forum was designed for CEOs, CFOs and General Counsels of Oregon technology companies to gather in small groups to have informal discussions about relevant M&A issues. The wide-ranging topics covered at the event included evaluating strategies, structuring a deal, the diligence process, and managing equity investor expectations and relations.
