Tonkon Torp tax attorney, Gwendolyn Griffith, gave a presentation for the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants at their annual Northwest Federal Tax Conference yesterday. Her remarks covered recent cases and rulings across a broad spectrum of federal taxation, including the tax implications of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling in the Windsor case, dealing with same-sex marriage.
