Gwen Griffith Recaps Recent Federal Tax Cases and Rules at Oregon CPA Conference

Tonkon Torp tax attorney, Gwendolyn Griffith, gave a presentation for the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants at their annual Northwest Federal Tax Conference yesterday. Her remarks covered recent cases and rulings across a broad spectrum of federal taxation, including the tax implications of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling in the Windsor case, dealing with same-sex marriage.

 

Griffith chairs the firm’s Taxation Practice Group. Her practice includes a wide range of matters related to partnership and corporate taxation as well as estate planning. She is a frequent speaker on tax and wealth transition topics.
