In his August 15 “Plugged In” article for the Daily Journal of Commerce, Duncan Delano argues against recent efforts by members of Congress to waive the ethanol production requirement in the Renewable Fuel Standard. Waiving the production requirement will have little affect on current corn prices and will only hurt the growing ethanol industry.
