Tonkon Torp labor and employment partner Clay Creps has joined the Board of Advisors for SheScales, a consultancy and networking service working to bring together and nourish the next generation of female marketing and business leaders. In his role as Advisor, Clay Creps provides advice to SheScales cohort members on matters of employment law and infrastructure, human resources, and employee management.
SheScales provides program members with free consultation on the essential elements of marketing strategy and campaign, to give members the necessary building blocks for sustainable growth. Specific services cover or include brand strategy, performance media, networking, and mentorship. Their Board of Advisors and experienced leaders offer further advice and guidance on all aspects of developing and advancing a company, including on issues relating to operations, growth, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
Clay Creps’ multi-decade law practice is focused on providing counsel and litigation services to employers. He has extensive experience litigating employment-related claims in federal and state courts, and advising employers on a vast array of employment-related issues.
