Tonkon Torp LLP has hired Megan Reuther as an associate in its Litigation Department.
Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Megan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Erika Hadlock at the Oregon Court of Appeals. 
During her two-year clerkship, she worked on a variety of civil, administrative, and criminal appeals, including complex business and contract law cases, worker’s compensation matters, and free speech issues.
“We are very pleased that Megan has joined our firm,” said Darcy Norville, Managing Partner. “She is a bright young attorney, and her appellate court clerkship experience is a terrific foundation for the civil litigation practice she will be building here at Tonkon Torp.”
Megan received her Bachelor of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University in 2009, and her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2015. She was Notes & Comments Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and received the Paul Anthony Casey Public Interest and Candise DuBoff-Jones Memorial Scholarships. During law school, she worked as a summer associate at Haglund Kelley LLP and as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Ann Aiken at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
