On April 7, Tonkon Torp bankruptcy attorney Albert Kennedy was a panelist at the 30th Annual NW Bankruptcy Institute. The event, held in Vancouver, WA, was co-sponsored by the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section and the Washington State Bar Association Creditor Debtor Right’s Section.
Joining Al on the panel, which focused on insurance disputes and settlements in Bankruptcy, was retired Judge Elizabeth Perris, and Chicago-based attorney Patrick Maxcy.
A member of Tonkon Torp’s nationally recognized Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights practice group, Al has represented creditors (including financial institutions) and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation and real estate foreclosures before both federal and state courts.
