Blerina Kotori organized a Tonkon Torp donation to Raphael House of Portland, a multi-faceted domestic violence agency dedicated to ending intimate partner violence. Raphael House offers emergency shelter in a confidential location, a 24-hour in-house crisis line, transitional housing and advocacy programs, and non-residential advocacy in partnership with the Portland Police Bureau. Blerina is on the Raphael House of Portland board of directors. Tonkon’s donation was used as a matching fund at Raphael House’s October 20 auction and fundraiser.
