Tonkon Torp was a Community Advocate sponsor at the Bicycle Transportation Alliance (BTA) Alice Awards on September 24. The BTA is a nonprofit membership organization working to promote bicycling and improve bicycling conditions in Oregon. David Forman coordinated Tonkon’s attendance at the event – he has served on the BTA board of directors since 2010.
