Tatiana Perry, Lauren Wallace, and Eric Beach spoke to the investment advisors and brokerage dealers about breaches, compliance requirements, cyber insurance, and other issues that could impact business advisors. Jessica Morgan, a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Investment Management practice group, prepared an update on the new SEC releases and proposed rules.
