Tonkon Torp was an awards sponsor at the “50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: Past, Present and Future” program held at Portland State University on October 6. The event featured a welcome from Portland Mayor Charlie Hales. Owen Blank managed Tonkon’s involvement with the program and attended along with several other Tonkon Torp attorneys, including Don Marmaduke who received a lifetime achievement award and spoke at the event.
