Tonkon Torp attorney Jeanette Schuster moderated a panel discussion at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) spring meeting of its Business Law Section in Washington, D.C. The panel discussed “Real Environmental Concerns in Real Property and Business Transactions.”
Schuster is a member of the firm’s Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group. She advises clients on compliance and regulatory issues, and conducts environmental due diligence on complex corporate transactions. She also advises clients on issues related to the siting and permitting of renewable energy projects.
