Steve Olson wrote a chapter concerning “Venue,” Steven Wilker authored material on “Representative Capacity,” and Jeanne Chamberlain wrote a chapter on “Partnerships, Unincorporated Associations, and Limited Liability Companies.”
Fellow Tonkon Litigator Daniel Skerritt, was one of three editors for Oregon Civil Pleading and Practice, 6th edition. The sixth edition compiles relevant court cases on procedural developments and is a comprehensive guide to pleading and practice in Oregon state courts.
