Tonkon Torp Names New Co-Chairs of Litigation Department

Paul Conable and Steven Olson have been appointed co-chairs of the Tonkon Torp Litigation Department.  

 

Conable is a commercial litigator who represents individuals and companies in a broad range of disputes.  He regularly represents clients in complex lawsuits involving business operations, government investigations, financial services, breaches of contract and environmental matters.  Before entering private practice, Conable clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, The Ohio State University and Tufts University. 

 

Olson has substantial litigation experience in federal and state courts across the country.  His focus is complex business litigation, including contract and shareholder disputes, business torts, real estate transactions and environmental matters.  Olson holds degrees from the University of Minnesota Law School, Tulane University and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
