Ted Herzog Named to Lead Tonkon Torp’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group

Tonkon Torp LLP has named Ted Herzog to lead the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group. The group provides business counsel, transaction and litigation services to clients involved in commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions and development, including purchases and sales, leasing, financing, land use, construction, 1031 exchanges and advising clients regarding environmental liability.

Herzog joined Tonkon Torp in 1989 following his graduation from the University of Texas Law School. He became a partner in 1996. Herzog’s practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.

An active civic volunteer, Herzog is past chairman of the Oregon State Parks Trust.
