Roger is a paralegal in Tonkon Torp’s Business Immigration Practice Group. He specializes in a wide range of nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, B-1/B-2, TN), PERM applications, and immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3). Roger’s experience also includes family-based immigration petitions, adjustment of status applications, naturalization applications, re-entry permits, and DACA applications. Prior to joining Tonkon Torp in 2023, he worked for other law firms in Portland and Chicago and has over 10 years of business and family immigration experience.
When not at work, Roger enjoys theater, art, gardening, travel, and exploring the great outdoors.
