Overview

Lindsay is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Estate Planning Practice Group. She specializes in advising emerging wealth to high-net-worth clients across a breadth of estate planning matters, including wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and strategic estate and gift tax planning.

Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law where she worked at the school’s Business Law Clinic and directed Oregon Law’s chapter of the Native American Law Student Association. As a law student, Lindsay worked at Tonkon Torp as a 1L Diversity Fellow and Summer Associate. Across both roles, she prepared incorporation documents for local businesses, drafted trusts, and prepared research memoranda on legal issues across a variety of practice areas.

In 2019, Lindsay graduated magna cum laude from University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in the Philosophy of Law.

Lindsay met her husband on the collegiate Quadball field (formerly known as US Quidditch), where both played for the Hufflepuff house team. Now retired from the sport, Lindsay is a sushi enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband and chihuahua, Craig.
