Lindsay Willson

Lindsay is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Estate Planning Practice Group. She graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2023. While there, she worked at the school’s Business Law Clinic, directed Oregon Law’s chapter of the Native American Law Student Association, and published a law review article with the Oregon Review of International Law. As a law student, Lindsay worked at Tonkon Torp as a 1L Diversity Fellow and Summer Associate. Across both roles, she prepared incorporation documents for local businesses, drafted trusts, and prepared research memoranda on legal issues across a variety of practice areas.

In 2019, Lindsay graduated magna cum laude from University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in the Philosophy of Law.

Lindsay met her husband on the collegiate Quidditch field, where both played for the Hufflepuff house team. Now retired from the sport, Lindsay is a sushi enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her husband and chihuahua, Craig.
