Hopi is the Director of Lawyer Development at Tonkon Torp where she creates, implements, and manages programs to evaluate, measure, and enhance attorney performance. Her role encompasses managing new and lateral associate onboarding, serving as an in-house professional development and writing coach for junior associates, and assisting in case staffing for the firm. She is also in charge of offering oversight for certain litigation matters staffed by associates and plays a key role in associate feedback, mentorship, and evaluations.
Hopi is an experienced litigation attorney licensed in Oregon and New York. Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, she was an attorney with Larkins Vacura Kayser and worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Harris Hartz at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
