Allan Patterson is a paralegal in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department, assisting clients on all manner of transactions, from due diligence through closing. He regularly drafts securities filings and corporate governance documents, including annual board and shareholder consents and stock plan issuances.
Allan has two decades experience as a paralegal. Prior to joining Tonkon Torp he worked for a number of law firms in San Francisco and Palo Alto before moving to Portland in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, camping, reading, and hiking with his dog.
