Skerritt has more than three decades of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. The National Law Journal named him a top Oregon trial lawyer, he has repeatedly been named to the Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers for Business list, and The Best Lawyers in America® named him a leader in bet-the-company litigation, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Skerritt is the current State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a fellow in the International Society of Barristers.
Stride represents businesses and individuals in a variety of disputes before state and federal courts, with particular focus on intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation issues. He has served as lead litigation counsel in numerous trade secret, copyright and patent infringement cases. Stride has also been named to Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers, Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America lists.
