On January 25, Tonkon Torp attorney Shouka Rezvani participated in a panel discussion about nonprofit board service at the Professional Advisor’s Forum of 
the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation. Held at the Multnomah Athletic Club, the discussion covered fiduciary duties, risks and statutory protections, suggested policies and procedures, insurance, and the enforcement viewpoint from the Department of Justice’s office.
Shouka is chair of Tonkon Torp’s Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Entities practice group. She counsels public charities as well as private foundations on organizational and operational issues.
