Tonkon Torp attorney Sherrill Corbett was featured in a recent “Thought Leaders Forum” focused on the topic of Mergers & Acquisitions. The forum is a supplement publication of the Portland Business Journal. 
Sherrill and two other M&A experts were interviewed about Oregon’s active marketplace, and what businesses should consider before they consider a purchase or sale transaction.
Sherrill is chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and a member of Tonkon Torp’s managing board. She counsels clients on buying and selling businesses and structuring complex joint ventures.
