Tonkon Torp tax attorney Michael Millender was a speaker at the Oregon Law Institute’s program on Internet Law Developments, June 7, 2013. Millender spoke about sales and income tax trends affecting Internet commerce, including the taxation of cloud computing and other digital products and services. Millender also discussed the Marketplace Fairness Act of 2013 currently being debated in Congress.
