PORTLAND, Ore. (April 15, 2024) Tonkon Torp partner Michael Willes has been elected Vice Chair of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation Board of Directors. The Foundation provides fundraising and community relations support to Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, ensuring the continuation of vital primary care, dental, and pharmacy services to more than 47,000 people in Washington and Yamhill counties.
“I am proud to have served on the Foundation’s Board of Directors since 2017,” said Willes. “Virginia Garcia’s work delivering high quality, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate health care to underserved individuals and families is an essential service.”
Willes is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Litigation Department. He represents clients in a broad range of business matters, including contract, trade-secret, and securities litigation.
