A member of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, Creps represents employers in litigating employment-related claims in federal and state courts. He has particular experience representing employers in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation. His February 13 presentation is part of a day-long program in Portland, hosted by the Seminar Group for small business owners, human resource professionals and business lawyers.
