Clay Creps Provides Disability Accommodations Framework at OADC Seminar

On November 2, Tonkon Torp labor and employment attorney Clay Creps spoke at the fall seminar of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. Clay’s presentation focused on accommodating physical and mental disabilities in the workplace. He provided an employer framework that included the interactive process, potential accommodations, what is ‘reasonable,’ and how to handle information provided by an employee and employee’s healthcare provider.

Clay’s 30-year career in labor and employment law has focused on providing counsel and litigation services to employers. He has extensive experience litigating employment-related claims in federal and state courts, particularly representing employers in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation.
