David Forman recently participated on a panel on “Protecting Yourself and Others” as part of Oregon Health & Science University’s INVENT seminar series on bioscience innovation and entrepreneurship. David shared insight on the importance of a clear vision when structuring a new business venture and how that clarity informs the strategies for protecting and supporting the business.
David is co-chair of Tonkon Torp’s Entrepreneurial Services Group as well as a member of the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. He advises emerging, small and mid-market private companies in their general corporate, financing and transactional matters. Also, he has extensive experience assisting founders, managers, and investors recognize and achieve their strategic goals.
