Tonkon Torp is seeking a Network Administrator to manage our mostly on-premises legal technology environment. Position requires substantial experience with deploying and maintaining Intel-based Windows servers, virtual servers, networking switches and routers, and voice and wireless networks. Candidate will have a computer science degree or equivalent specialized certifications, along with strong familiarity with networking concepts and commercially available products.
Primary responsibilities include installing and maintaining server software, developing and implementing comprehensive data backup and restoration capabilities, and proactively addressing risks to organizational downtime and data loss. Position responsibilities include maintaining system images and backups, reviewing logs and addressing warnings, reviewing and applying updates and patches, optimizing services, and in-depth troubleshooting.
Candidate will work with other support personnel to deploy solutions and updates. Occasional after hours support required.
