David advises emerging, small, and mid-market private companies with respect to their general corporate, financing, and transactional matters, and uses growth-oriented legal strategies to help founders, managers, and investors recognize and achieve their strategic goals. David’s practice emphasizes food and beverage, consumer products, and bioscience companies. He is counsel and advisor to the Oregon Bioscience Incubator, and represents participant companies. He also works with businesses selected to participate in the renowned Y Combinator and Tech Stars incubator programs as well as similar programs.
Areas of his legal experience include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business counseling. David is an active civic volunteer who participates in numerous community-related events and forums.
