Tonkon Torp is pleased to welcome partner Jeff Woodcox back to the firm. Jeff rejoins the Business Department after serving for a year and half as in-house Associate General Counsel for longtime Tonkon Torp client Banfield Pet Hospital. 
Jeff's time at Banfield added to his considerable business transaction experience and provided him invaluable insight into the needs of in-house legal departments and corporate clients.
Jeff focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate governance. He is experienced in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of businesses and assets, securities compliance, and raising capital through private placements of equity and debt. Jeff also advises clients on corporate governance and general business issues, including entity formation, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
