Kotori Speaks on Fundamentals of Sexual Harassment Law

Tonkon Torp attorney Blerina Kotori recently presented information about “Sexual Harassment from a Management Perspective” at Lewis & Clark Law School. She discussed the fundamentals of sexual harassment law in the context of both employment litigation and advice, and covered recommendations for the prevention of harassment and the training of a workforce.

 

Kotori is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Labor & Employment and Information Privacy & Security practice groups. She represents employers in matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour and employment benefits. She also defends companies in wage and hour class actions and other complex litigation. Kotori is a frequent speaker on employment matters, including HIPAA and benefits, as well as on electronic discovery and privacy issues. She joined Tonkon Torp in 2007 following her graduation from Lewis & Clark Law School.
