In July, 2025 the U.S. Bancorp Tower (aka “Big Pink”) located at 111 SW Fifth Avenue, was sold. Of local significance, ownership was transferred from various nationally based real estate firms to home-grown entrepreneur Jeff Swickard. Tonkon Torp partners Sam DeBaltzo and Michael Fletcher advised Swickard and his team through this purchase, which should bring new energy to a building that is so iconic in the Portland real estate sphere and downtown skyline.
