Allan MacLaine is our Chief Financial Officer responsible for all financial aspects of the firm including financial reporting, cash management, retirement plans and tax compliance. Allan joined the firm in September of 2006. Prior to Tonkon Torp, he was Controller with the national law firm Lang Michener LLP located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Allan is a Canadian CPA, CMA and a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is also member of the Oregon and national Association of Legal Administrators.
