Overview

Zoë is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group, with a practice focused on commercial bankruptcy, receiverships, and advising fiduciaries, creditors, and debtors in the context of insolvency. She is valued for her client-focus, commitment, and compassion-forward representation.

Zoë is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for the Oregon Law Review and was honored with both the Nancy Farmer Distinguished Service and Excellence in Legal Writing awards. During law school, Zoë served as a judicial extern for Judges Thomas Renn and Peter McKittrick at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.

Zoë has significant pro bono experience representing clients through Legal Aid Services of Oregon, including through the Oregon Farmworker Project, the Senior Law Project, and the Debtor-Creditor Section’s Pro Bono Bankruptcy Clinic. In 2024, she received the Multnomah Bar Association’s Michael E. Haglund Pro Bono Award in recognition of her extensive pro bono work.

Zoë is a lifelong Oregonian who grew up in Salem. In her free time, she enjoys collecting vinyl records, ballroom dancing, exploring Oregon, and hanging out with her Boston Terrier, Betty.
