Tillie Hasson is the Corporate Regulatory Coordinator in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department. In this role, she manages a variety of corporate and securities regulatory filings, including beneficial ownership information reporting for the Corporate Transparency Act, along with other general securities and investment advisor filings.
Tillie began her career at the firm in 1998 as a legal assistant working on a wide variety of matters in such areas as employee benefits, corporate governance, M&A, securities, and corporate finance. She is a member of Tonkon Torp’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and led the Committee’s Book Group for several years.
In her free time, Tillie enjoys cooking, crafting, and learning new things. She can often be found diving into a new recipe, with glue on her fingers, or deep in a book.
