Overview

Sasha is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Litigation Department and Chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group.

An experienced appellate attorney, Sasha handles a wide range of appeals at the state and federal levels. Her experience includes appeals involving complex business disputes, administrative agency decisions, torts, employment issues, receiverships, and property disputes.

Sasha is practiced in all aspects of appeal, including appellate motions practice, merits and amicus briefing, oral argument, petitions for review, petitions for writs of mandamus, and petitions for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In her litigation practice, Sasha helps clients with contract disputes, business tort litigation, class action defense, and administrative proceedings. Sasha’s appellate expertise makes her a valuable member of any trial team, adept at helping resolve complex legal questions and preserving issues for appeal.

Before joining Tonkon Torp, Sasha was a litigator at a national law firm where she focused on complex civil litigation and appeals. Sasha also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Chris Garrett at the Oregon Court of Appeals, an experience that has given her fundamental insight into how to best represent clients through the appellate process.

Sasha maintains an active pro bono practice, currently centered on promoting animal rights and raising awareness about domestic violence issues. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Multnomah Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Multnomah Bar Association.
