Renee is a paralegal at Tonkon Torp, where she works in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She has over 25 years of paralegal experience in both intellectual property and litigation. She assists in many areas of IP, including:
- Worldwide trademark prosecution and maintenance
- Trademark enforcement including research, review, and analysis of potentially infringing marks
- Assisting with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations
- Preliminary trademark clearance searches and analysis
- Trademark database management and maintenance
- Legal research of trademark issues
