Lee Gilgan is an attorney in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department. An experienced advisor to corporate clients, Lee focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He also represents clients with issuances of equity and debt securities, business formation, corporate governance, and other contractual matters.

Lee joined Tonkon Torp from Stoel Rives. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Willamette University College of Law. Lee also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Willamette University.

In addition to his legal practice, Lee serves as a City Councilor for the City of Lafayette and is active with other civic and community organizations.

Lee is an Oregon native and appreciates the abundant opportunities to explore the wonders of the Pacific Northwest, enjoy wine country, and spend time with his family.
