Kevin is an associate in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department, with a practice focused on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and capital market transactions. He is experienced in drafting complex transactional documents for M&A and securities offerings, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, SEC filings, and other contracts. Clients value Kevin’s attention to detail and practical, holistic approach to legal concepts.
Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served as an article editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a fellow at the Center for Business Law and Innovation. During law school, he worked as a law clerk in the Special Litigation Unit at the Oregon Department of Justice, Trial Division. He also worked as a summer associate at Perkins Coie, where he went on to launch his legal career before joining Tonkon Torp in late 2025.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys staying active with his young family. Outside of work you can find him running, cooking, and walking (or chasing) his two dogs.
