Paralegal Certificate, The National Center for Paralegal Training
Karen is a Business Paralegal at Tonkon Torp, assisting in the areas of real estate and land use, corporate formation, finance, and general business. Karen began her career at Tonkon Torp in 2007 as a legal assistant, leaving the firm in 2017 to move back home to Michigan. She rejoined Tonkon in 2021, returned to Portland, and was promoted to paralegal. Karen has a long history working in the legal industry and in 1995 received a Paralegal Certificate from The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta.
Outside of work, Karen’s interests include reading, travelling, and attending as many concerts and plays as possible.
