Jeff Bradford represents business clients in state and federal court in various matters, including disputes regarding contracts and commercial transactions, duties of directors and officers, shareholder rights, business torts, and professional malpractice. Additionally, he has experience representing businesses in arbitration and mediation. Jeff works regularly both with small, local businesses and national corporations, guiding them through disputes as well as advising them on preventative best practices. He also represents nonprofit clients in litigation and private dispute resolution.

Before attending law school, Jeff was manager of training services for BrainStorm, Inc., a Utah-based software training company.

Jeff and his wife, Laurel, grew up in the Portland area and moved back after school and work took them out of state. Laurel works as a pediatrician for The Children’s Clinic, based out of Tualatin. Jeff enjoys watching and playing football, waterskiing, and spending time with his growing family. Although they root against each other when their alma maters play, Jeff and Laurel were able to come together during their time in Ann Arbor to root for the Wolverines.
