Dallas Thomsen is a partner in Tonkon Torp’s Business Department with over 20 years’ experience practicing law. His work is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, tax law (including for partnerships and corporations), estate planning, and administration. He has additional experience in intellectual property, securities, and probate matters. With a master’s degree in taxation, Dallas is able to offer clients uniquely in-depth tax analysis, evaluation, and planning. He is valued for his ability to convey complex concepts to clients in a simple, easy to grasp manner.
Dallas joined Tonkon Torp from Snell & Wilmer and previously worked at Sussman Shank LLP for nearly 15 years.
Dallas was born and raised on a family farm/ranch in Eastern Washington. In his free time, he enjoys rooting on his alma mater Washington State and spending time with his wife and kids.
